Tips can be given in several different ways. If you leave cash please make sure to leave a clear note that says Sunshine Cleaning or cleaning staff. After your cleaning you will receive an email for quality that has an area for tips. All tips updated there will go straight onto your card on file.
If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean. If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.
We love animals, but they don’t always love us. If you think your pet may become overly anxious while we are there, please make temporary arrangements while we are in your home. You can leave detailed pet instructions during the online scheduling process.
Light dishes are included during the services. If it is a sink full or 10 minutes plus worth of dishes we will contact the client to add on dish service. We can add dish service as a one time or recurring.

We do train our staff on certain products, but if there is a product you would like them to us please email us and we can review it. If it’s a natural product- no problem! If it’s a harsh chemical we can suggestion some natural more low impacting product for our staff to use!
Absolutely. All Sunshine cleaning technicians and maids are highly trained, background and reference checked, as well as insured and bonded. Our training period typically lasts two to four weeks and cleaners are full-time employees of our company, not contractors.
